Our 2020 Los Carneros Sparkling wine presents a bright, pale yellow color with fine bubbles that create a persistent mousse. On the nose, it offers delicate aromas of green apple, citrus, and pear, along with subtle floral and yeasty notes that give the wine a pleasant complexity. On the palate, this wine is crisp and refreshing, with lively acidity that balances the fruity and yeasty flavors. The green apple and citrus notes are more pronounced on the palate, with hints of lemon zest and a kiss of grapefruit that add a zingy and tangy character to the wine. The finish is clean and dry, with a touch of minerality.
