Questions about the Wine Club Rewards Program?

What are Reward Points?

Reward Points are a way that we thank you for being a loyal customer! You will earn 5% back to your account on every dollar you spend in the form of Reward Points.

How does it work?

You earn Reward Points with every purchase. Points are accrued based on the order subtotal (amount before tax and shipping). Points will appear in your account once your order has been Shipped or Picked Up.

$1 spent = 1 point. $100 spent = 100 points.

500 points is enough to redeem any bottle $25 or under!

There is no limit to how many points you can earn on purchases!

Do I earn points when I use coupons?

Yes! You earn points on every dollar spent. If a coupon is used in an order, the subtotal will count towards the number of points earned.

Example: $118 subtotal with 15% off coupon used = $100.30 = 100 points.

Where can I see my rewards balance?

You can find your current rewards balance by logging into your account. Once you’re logged in, view your rewards dashboard.

I just placed an order, why can’t I see my reward points?

Your points will not appear in your account until your order has Shipped or has been Picked Up.

Can I use my rewards on a wine club shipment?

No, you can’t apply your rewards to wine club shipments, but you can on any additional orders.

Can I earn and redeem points on previous purchases?

No. Unfortunately rewards cannot be earned or redeemed on previous purchases. Once you’ve enrolled in the rewards program, you’ll start earning points moving forward. Be sure to log-in to your account to ensure your points are attached to your account.

Do I earn rewards on wine club shipments?

Yes!

How do I redeem my Reward Points?

There are three ways in which you can use your Reward Points:

  1. Online. You can redeem your Reward Points at checkout. You’ll see an option to apply your points to an order under the “Payment Information” section during checkout.
  2. In the Tasting Room. At the time of checkout, if you have rewards available, your host will ask if you’d like to apply them to your order.
  3. Phone, Email or Text. Our team members can apply rewards to your orders by email, phone and text.

How do I use my Reward Points?

You can redeem your Reward Points at checkout. You’ll see an option to apply your points to an order under the “Payment Information” section during checkout.

What happens to Reward Points if I cancel an order?

If an order is cancelled, the points accrued from that purchase will be deducted from your account. Redeemed Reward Points are nonrefundable.

Are Reward Points the same as Store Credit?

No – Reward Points are separate from Store Credit, but both can be applied to a purchase.

We reserve the right to pause, modify, or terminate this program at any time. Abuse of Reward Points program will result in reset of Reward Points balance and possible account suspension.
